Renew Lab Group ships all orders of bacteriostatic water from our Houston, TX facility. We understand that laboratory supply timing is critical — our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible while maintaining proper cold-chain standards for pharmaceutical-grade products.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT will ship the following business day.

During peak ordering periods or for custom/bulk orders, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Cold-Chain & Packaging

Bacteriostatic water is stable at room temperature during transit. Our products are packaged to minimize movement and protect vials during shipping. Each order is securely padded, and vials are individually packaged to prevent breakage.

If you are ordering for a compounding pharmacy or clinical institution and require specific cold-chain documentation or packaging specifications, contact our team before placing your order to arrange appropriate shipping conditions.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories, please contact us before ordering as shipping methods and timelines may differ. We do not currently ship internationally.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order status through your account dashboard. If you have questions about a specific shipment, contact our support team with your order number.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at the email address provided during checkout. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical-grade research supplies, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products. If you receive a product that is defective or does not match your order, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Unopened products in original condition may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Contact our team to initiate a return authorization.
