Our Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that every vial of Renew Lab Group bacteriostatic water you receive:

• Contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol within USP specification (0.85%–0.95%), confirmed by HPLC
• Has endotoxin levels below 0.25 EU/mL, confirmed by LAL testing
• Has a pH between 4.5 and 7.0, confirmed by calibrated potentiometric measurement
• Has passed sterility testing per USP <71>
• Was manufactured in our ISO-compliant cleanroom in Houston, Texas
• Is accompanied by a lot-specific COA documenting all of the above

If any vial fails to meet these standards, we replace it. No questions, no forms, no delay.

Behind every test result on your COA is a quality management system that governs how those tests are performed, documented, reviewed, and acted upon:

• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every production and testing activity
• Calibration records for all analytical instruments
• Batch records documenting every step of production for every lot
• Out-of-specification (OOS) investigation procedures for any result outside specifications
• Change control for any modification to processes, materials, or equipment
• Supplier qualification for all raw material suppliers including benzyl alcohol
