Our Manufacturing Process
1. Sourcing
We start with pharmaceutical-grade WFI (Water for Injection) and USP-grade benzyl alcohol. No shortcuts — every component is quality-tested before production begins.
2. Cleanroom Production
All filling and sealing operations occur in ISO-classified cleanroom environments with controlled airflow, humidity, and particle counts to prevent contamination.
3. HPLC Verification
Every batch undergoes High-Performance Liquid Chromatography analysis for benzyl alcohol content, sterility, endotoxin (pyrogen), pH, and particulate matter testing.
